The health and safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority.

We continue to adjust our safety measures for in-person camps, classes, and events in accordance with the recommendations of the CDC. We appreciate your cooperation with these safety measures as we work to keep all our students, staff and families healthy.

As students and staff enter the studio, they’ll be directed to wash their hands prior to joining class. We will provide appropriate soaps and hand sanitizers for student and staff use, although students are welcome to bring their own products if they have any special skin needs.

    Face Coverings

In accordance with updated guidance from the CDC and other healthcare professionals, the Acting Studio is announcing it will no longer be requiring mandatory mask-wearing at our studios and events in most cases starting in our summer 2021 season. Each student has the option to wear a mask as their comfort level allows. Staff members who are not yet fully vaccinated will be required to wear masks. Our entire team wants to extend a wholehearted thank you to all of the families and students who have followed our safety protocols and stuck with us through a very difficult year. Because of this we have had zero COVID related incidents. Our intention has always been and will remain making the safety of our students an absolute priority.

For the last five minutes of each class, class members will help wipe and sanitize all common area surfaces so they’re ready for the next group of students without a delay in schedule. The Acting Studio will provide all the necessary and appropriate cleaning sprays in accordance with CDC recommendations.

    Strict Sickness Policy

The Acting Studio has always had a strict no-sickness policy, so this is nothing new…but it’s definitely more important now than ever! We ask any student who has been feeling under the weather, has had a fever within the past 24 hours, has had contact with or exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or has tested positive themselves to PLEASE stay home. Please contact the office if you’re not sure what to do. The same policy goes for our staff members. We will respect your privacy to the fullest extent, and we thank you for your cooperation.
